Unwind in the quiet of the country. Enjoy the pasture and woodlands views. Relax at this peaceful high end manufactured home. Note: We offer 25% off week long stays and 35% off stays 28 days or longer. Discount pricing is automatically calculated in your Airbnb pricing. Rosshaven is 15 minutes from Alafia River State Park’s mountain biking, hiking and horseback riding. Lithia grocery stores and gas stations are minutes away. The master bedroom has a king size bed with an en suite bathroom, television and views of the oak trees with Spanish moss and woodlands. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed. The 3rd bedroom has a twin over full bunkbed with views of the goat pasture. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher and views of the adjacent pasture. The dining table seats six. There is a washer and dryer in the laundry area.

This is a great stay if you're in the area and need a few bedrooms and a cozy, spacious yard. The area is beautiful, quaint, and quiet. The house is clean and organized, with everything you'll need for your stay. Hosts communicate very quickly if needed. I'd highly recommend it to anyone and would stay again.

This was the perfect place for us to stay! The wedding venue was just a couple of miles away. It allowed us, the bride's family, a place to relax. We were easily able to bring Grandma back to the house when she got tired. Oh, and the goats, they were so fun to watch and feed!
