This house was exactly what we were looking for!! It was exactly as pictured- perfect location, gorgeous balcony, excellent kitchen. We asked for a pack ‘n play and a high chair and they were both waiting there for us when we arrived. Everything was clean and there were tons of towels for the beach and the bathroom, as well as everything else you might need. The garage actually fit our large SUV, which was a nice surprise but street parking was plentiful. I am so happy we found this place- it was perfect and we’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

This is my second time at this beautiful property. It is a perfectly clean and peaceful space for my group when we are working in Newport Beach. Easy to get to by car or UBER from the airport and to/from Fashion Island. I will definately be back!

To be honest great home & fully remodeled and everything was new but the bedroom sheets & towels were abused and had yellow stains on them & red stains ( also there is no privacy in the living room there are no blinds ) but .. they were quick to respond and apologize for the inconvenience and sent someone to replace them and were very kind but yet the “new ones” they sent were just old towels that were washed … I truly think this place is perfect for families but they would be best off investing in new sheets and pillows especially with the prices they are charging to be fair with the customers. Aside from that they were lenient and tried their best to be helpful. I noticed they had a similar issue before in the comments but chose to ignore it cuz I thought it wouldn’t happen to another guest ..
