A surfers paradise! Casa del Sol is a spacious 3 bed Casa nestled in the jungle overlooking one of the most consistent surf breaks in Nicaragua, a 5 min walk will get you to Playa Maderas. Head down for a surf and stay for one of the most beautiful & iconic sunsets in Central America at one of the 3 beachside bars. This listing is for bedroom #3 which can be set up as a 2 King Beds or 1 King + 2 Singles or 4 x Singles. It also has its own ensuite. Featuring a construction of traditional methods using locally sourced felled timber, stone & a thatched palm roof your stay will help you blend into the jungle surrounds. Forget about your worries relaxing in the hammock in the loft while monkeys swing through the trees outside.

Casa de Sol exceeds all expectations. If you are looking for a place where you are a 5min walk from the beach, on a peaceful hillside and surrounded by families of howler monkeys in the trees, then look no further. The perfect place to relax with breathtaking sunsets and great surf at Playa Maderas, along with some fun local restuarants on the beach to spend some quality time with family and friends. The airbnb itself is incredibly spacious, has all the amenities you need and always has a wonderful breeze coming through to keep you cool. Could not recommend this place more!

Me and 3 friends stayed here for 1 week. We had the entire accommodation to ourselves and it was amazing. Nature everywhere, close to the beach but on a terrible road. The host was responsive and the next door neighbor was very nice. Thank you! ☀️

Located a 15 min drive from San Juan del Sur along the Chocolata Highway.
Maderas is the closest consistent surfing beach from town. The 300+ days a year offshore winds offer great surf conditions for beginners to advanced surfers no matter what time of the year you visit and none of those afternoon windy blowouts! There are plenty of local surfboard rentals and lessons available so just bring yourself and a sense of adventure!!

出行信息

Coming from San Juan del Sur - there are frequent shuttle buses to Playa Maderas from Casa Oro (check their website for the schedule) Taxis are available too.
From Playa Maderas it's a 400m walk up the hill to our Casa.
Using your own vehicle - you will need a 4wd for the last section of road leading to our casa.
