Speechless! 😍, My family and I felt right at home. I could go on and on Ms. Anita was so helpful and replied quickly, asked over and over if there was anything we needed. An amazing good hospitality! Beautiful home I recommend 💯. Thanks Anita

The overall stay was okay, however, there were a few issues, that I was initially willing to overlook since Anita claimed this was her first time renting this house. 1. TV in the bedroom simply fell off the wall while no one was in the room. Upon inspection, I could clearly see that the TV bracket was NOT anchored/secure to a stud, but to the sheetrock only, hence unable to support the weight of the TV. This information and pictures were communicated to Anita immediately. 2. The pool was dirty and unable to be used the first day. I contacted Anita and she arrange for a pool Tech to come by the next morning, and the issue was addressed. 3. No WiFi information was left in the house, hence I had to call for the password and user info. Again I was willing to overlook these issues, however, 1 day after checkout I received a demand correspondence to pay for the damage to the TV and wall... Also, the housekeeper complained that I did not clean the towels, empty the trash, they had to wash all the bedding, mop the floors, and two pillowcases were stained. This is basic cleaning that I would expect to be done after each stay but for some reason, I was told this was my reasonability. Anita demanded that I pay $1650..00 to cover the cost of the TV, wall repair, and cleaning!!!! Needless to say, I am refusing to pay any extra money.
