Our stay at Bryn Yr Aur cottage was excellent, can't thank the owner Meg enough for superb instructions and communication at all times. The cottage was clean, provided everything you needed and easy to find. The location was also ideal for booked activities at Zip World (blaenafestinog) with local beaches and restaurants close by. We were a family of 6 and everybody loved the cottage, the accomodation and large garden was well suited for a family get together and all needs covered to the full, thank you Meg we will definately be back!! Xx
We had a lovely week away, the cottage was well equipped clean and comfortable. The views from the cottage were amazing in particular the sunsets. It was great to be able to walk to the beach, even though the return journey up the steps is not for the feint hearted. We couldn't fault the cottage and we hope to return soon. The gift voucher was a lovely touch, highly appreciated. Thanks Meg
Me and my family we ve had the best time together, we will come back for sure , the house and area looks better in reality than in photos ! The house was perfect ! Lovely accommodation in a very picturesque and peaceful location. Perfect for the beach or the mountains. Meg is an attentive but unobtrusive host. Highly recommended.
Thank you for a wonderful stay to say goodbye to 2023 and bring in 2024! The views from the house are spectacular, and it was great to be able to take the dogs for a walk on the beach right from the front doorstep. There’s so many walks we could’ve done within close driving distance, and both ourselves, and the very muddy pooches, enjoyed those we chose greatly! You were incredibly friendly, helpful and responsive prior to and during our stay. It was a very special time for all of us, as lots is happening for all of us this year, so all six of us (friends that met in Wales) and our furry friends say a big thank you!
