Oceanview has nice dark skies at night to look at stars. Buy a couple of jugs of water at walmart, and then you can fill them up at various national parks, water dispensing machines, or the county water tap at 36MH+GX Ocean View, Hawaii. The place is large and spacious, very comfortable. All the appliances are new and in great condition. Internet is very good.

This was our third and last time staying with Troy. We had a decent stay until check out where his house cleaner entered the unit at 10am on the dot with most of our important belongings still inside and hovered around us making rude comments, huffing and puffing until we left. She has now accused us of catching a curtain in a fan causing a fire danger/burned smell and breaking the fan itself, but failed to mention anything to us about a burned smell while she was impeding our check out process. Troy then charged us a $75 late fee for being not even 15 minuets behind schedule due to his multitude of check out chores. If you like being babysat not only by your host and their house cleaner, but also by his numerous cameras, this might be a good place for you to stay! As for us, we have always been respectful and followed all of the house rules and today he and his house keeper treated us like trash. Do not stay here if you like privacy and a laid back vacation experience.

This house was perfect. It was centrally located for our explorations. Very close to markets gas station, everything you need even a restaurant right down the street. The house itself is perfect. Had everything we needed they even provided all the fun gear for snorkeling and swimming in a day at the beach! This is the best value on the entire island!!! and any question I had for Troy was answered immediately!! along with wonderful suggestions of places to see things to do places to eat it was perfect!!!!! thank you Troy for a vacation of a lifetime. The day was perfect.!!!!

Troy was the kindest host! he made sure we had all our travel arrangements set up so it was smooth getting to his location. I truly felt like it was more than just a business arrangement. The house was amazing and made it feel like a home outside of home. thanks for the amazing experience Troy!
