We loved staying at this cute cabin in Luray. The rooms were spacious, the blankets and pillows were cozy. The extra space in the basement was a great set-up and perfect for my kids. I loved their cool electronic game board-I’ve never seen anything like it! We loved the river access, the canoe, and fire pit.

If you’re looking for the perfect (and affordable) weekend getaway in the mountains of Shenandoah, this cabin should definitely be on your list! The location was perfect…within a short drive to Luray, Harrisonburg, and the Nat’l Park…for shopping, hiking and exploring. The riverfront makes for a beautiful view no matter the weather. We brought our fly-fishing gear and though we only caught a rock, it was still an awesome time. If you’re bird nerds like us, have your ‘Merlin Bird App’ ready to go, as there is no shortage of our feathered friends. We saw Pileated Woodpeckers for the first time; nesting high up in the trees facing the river. The electronic game table downstairs was new to us, but pretty neat! It will definitely keep the kids entertained (big and small alike). Our only regret was not bringing camping chairs to use down by the river. I may have missed a note about that in the property description or within Christina’s email…but def NOT a knock on the owner or cabin. 🙂

Christina saved our trip! We had to book late at night and she responded immediately and was able to get us into the cabin right away. Everything was super cozy and very clean. I would recommend anyone visiting the area to stay here!

Beautiful romantic getaway. Cabin was comfy and cozy. Scenery was amazing. Cabin was luxurious and had everything including a hot tub and fire pit with wood already set up!
