This place was perfect for two families with kids (who can all swim). Tons of time in pool and hottub and the amazing indoor basketball court!

Craig was a very responsive host and sent over some needed kitchen supplies to enable us to cook. We enjoyed the outdoor amenities and indoor games. The only concern was that the location is about 36min to downtown Portland vs the 12min Maps showed from Wyndham in our initial trip planning. That time difference was important to our experience with young children and created longer than expected drive times to get into Portland and back.

Craig's home was an amazing find for our families. It far exceeded our expectations and was more impressive than the photos. The game room included a pool/ping pong table, an arcade game, and a huge sofa for movie nights. (One note, a previous review mentioned there was only 1 bathroom, but we had 2.5 bathrooms available). The portable ACs in the upstairs 3 bedrooms kept us very cool every night. The pool was picture perfect and included many floats, but the indoor air conditioned basketball gym was truly incredible. Our families included 2 toddlers and a 13 year old and this home was the perfect fit. The location was near to many stores and an easy drive to Sebago Lake and Portland. Craig was very responsive and friendly throughout the entire process. We are already looking forward to our return trip.

We absolutely loved our stay with Craig’s home! It was so much better in person and our family made some great memories! We hope to be able to book again!

Craigs place is much larger and beautiful in person. Host was very responsive when we had issues with the TVs not working and the grill. He showed up to assist. He also purchased a playpin for our children, and folder resources for local restaurant. Unfortunately there were aspects of our experience that were disappointing. First night we found a pair of men’s briefs in the master bedroom, went to use the jets in the tub (master bed room) and it threw out brown stuff into our bath water. The ice dispenser in the kitchen was filthy and we had to clean it. We had lots of trouble working the grill once figured out could only use one side. We were unable to use the wash dishes because the inside that holds the pod would not close and there was tape used to close it. No mop to clean floors was available and we purchased one for the home. (Host did offer to purchase one). Lastly there is no AC on first floor. It was super hot. Recommendations: Better Maintenance of amenities and cleaners.
