Fantastic stay! The apartment was clean and conveniently located near Santa Monica’s 3rd Street Promenade and Pier (just a few blocks away). The host was accommodating and made our experience even better. Highly recommend!

If I could give more stars I would. I don't really look for things to be wrong in the places I stay in, but I always tend to find something just by being there. That is not the case here; it's pretty near perfect. The apartment is beautiful, with modern touches and high-end appliances/fixtures, not to mention huge incredible bathrooms (be sure to call dibs on the spa tub!). It's in a great location, with lots of restaurants, tons of shopping, and literally a 10-minute walk from a park with a view of the Pacific. John is a very friendly host who is a very proactive and responsive communicator. I never needed anything, but I felt like if I did, it would have been taken care of immediately. I really couldn't ask for more. My friend and I were completely happy with our stay, and I will be back for sure on my next visit to L.A.

By far the best airbnb I’ve ever stayed at. John’s place is phenomenal, walkable to restaurants and the beach and it’s pretty calm. It was the best place I stayed so far in LA - would recommend highly
