Really great place to stay-extremely clean, calm and tranquil space, furnishings and appliances in excellent condition, safe, comfortable, and a helpful and responsive host. Suitable for long-term stays (I stayed 2 months). I would definitely stay here again!

Sunny modern one bedroom with updated bathroom and comfortable king-sized bed. Well lit, high ceilings, nice California closet space. There is a separate private entrance and parking in own driveway with manual wooden gate. Location has access to a nice variety of trails, Marin Farmers market, Whole Foods is only a few minutes drive away (Good Earth in Fairfax is 15 mins or so). Kitchen is set up with stove, oven, pots/pans, toaster, pod coffee maker, silverware, dishes and glassware along with a drying rack for dishes after handwashing and a spacious refrigerator. Ryan was responsive, friendly, and proactive when we had a few situations come up and addressed them promptly. For people working remotely or need video conferencing, I would recommend bringing an Ethernet cable to plug in directly since, for me, on Wi-Fi video platforms like Zoom didn’t work, but did via a direct Ethernet connection. Ryan was a great host, very responsive and helpful. The unit was clean and comfortable. The king bed was super comfortable. Convenient to Whole foods, Starbucks and downtown San Rafael. The road noise didn’t bother us too much as we brought our sound machine with us and didn't even notice it at night. Would definitely stay here again :)
