We invite you to slow down and enjoy the sights and sounds of nature at this unique waterfront spot on Johns Island. This camper is situated on the hosts' property next to 7 Live Oaks with stunning sunsets and possible wildlife sightings - dolphin, deer, bunnies, and many birds! Only 15mil to downtown Charleston and 12mil to Kiawah - you get the peacefulness of Johns Islands rural community with easy access to all Charleston has to offer. This is the perfect place to unplug and unwind. This is a small 20' camper situated on the owner's property next to the house. The Camper Queen bed (60"x74") is a fold down Murphy Bed and the bunk beds are 48"x72". The plumbing hooks up directly into our septic system and we ask that guests only use the septic safe toilet tissue provided. There is no TV or Wifi available - enjoy the opportunity to disconnect! There is great cellular service though. You'll notice some sloth decor inside to remind you to slow down and enjoy life! The AC and heat are not to be left on when not at the camper. The unit is oversized and cools off the camper very quickly! Likewise, if the AC is run at too low, it can freeze up. We do not recommend this camper for anyone especially tall - over 6'3". My husband and I are just under 6' and believe that the bed and shower would be limitations for anyone much taller than us. Please remember that this is a glamping experience!
