Our stay was marvelous! Norvel was very responsive and reliable at all hours of the day! He went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was homey. Recommended activities food places, and assisted us after checking out! If I could rate it more than five stars, I would; the neighborhood was nice and quiet, the gate provided a fantastic amount of security, and the pool and sitting area provided much-needed tranquility! This spot was a great find!

I understand why Norval has a Superhost status. Upon arrival, he was there to meet us personally. He was welcoming and friendly. He had stocked the fridge with water and soft drinks, so we could have a nice cold drink after a long day traveling. His customer service exceeded our expectations. The best of all the hosts we have patronized so far. Norval also provided transportation services for our group. A very safe driver, punctual, and accommodating even for last-minute requests. Norval provided great restaurant recommendations and tour suggestions. Norval made us feel appreciated and treated us like family. The house was well stocked and spotless, as were the pool and pool area. There's a gazebo with a pool table to have a bit of fun and relaxation in the evening. The home is located 1 block from a gated community that has security patrolling the area 24 hours a day. There are also security cameras on the property; we felt very safe coming in late in the evening. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
