Impeccable spot just a few steps away from the beach. The area is safe. The house feels comfortable and it has different lounging spaces both indoors and outdoors. I’d definitely return.

Great spot right next to the beach with a lot of food options near by and easy walking distance. Everybody was really friendly and the host were great with answering any questions.

It's only a short walk to the beach and a few short blocks to a store and restaurants. Very nice kitchen, living room and patio areas. Things sometimes get tight with a single bathroom and 6 guests ( 4 adults, 2 kids) which is the max sleeping accomodations can handle. We used a portable A/C unit as the sea breeze wasn't enough to keep unit cool during the hot day. This is the second time we've stayed there and the only real complaint was a need for the owner to address some MINOR maintenance issues around the unit.

Flew in from Ireland to my hometown of Ventura for my mother’s funeral. After an exhausting journey we were so relieved to get to our beach rental in Ventura. We entered the house welcomed with a smell that we chalked up to chemical or cleaning products plus a dingy weird smell, couldn’t figure it out, so we opened windows to air the place. We took a short walk to the beach while the place aired. When we came back my child entered the bathroom and turned on the fan and globs of accumulated dust showered the toilet and sink. All the lamps were unplugged and as we searched for a wall plug my daughter nearly stepped on a rat trap. Now we know why there was the odd smell. Found a second rat trap in an open walkway in the garage. As soon as we could leave, we did. We did not feel comfortable at all there. I’m thankful to the folks at Airbnb for taking care of our situation where the people at Vacasa did not. We moved to a much more comfortable and clean place in the neighborhood.
