Once again, a most relaxing stay

Thank you this was a perfect late October birthday spot. The window gave panoramic views of the bay even though it was off-season there were restaurants close by. I will definitely be back. The listing mentions the bathroom is shared. There is no shared bathroom it’s a private bathroom I think this is worthy of mention.

Beautiful location, clean, quiet and comfortable. Like other guests suggested, it would be nice to specify if the room is reached by accessing the front stairs or the back stairs when sending the instructions via DM. Everything else was lovely.

The property grew on me. Especially the morning view. But first impression walking in was less than comforting. The upstairs room was hard to locate. The room upon entry was stuffy. The decor well loved. Most alarming was the dead bolt didn’t work. Somebody knocked on my door at appx 10:00p. Perhaps lost looking for their upstairs property as was I, but unsettling none the less. Restaurants nearby were limited (maybe due to the day of my stay). One I left because it didn’t feel quite service oriented. Glad I went. Glad I visited. If I had to do it all over again, I’d just visit and just pass through. It didn’t feel worth the cost. That said, it wasn’t my cup of tea. But it could be yours.
