Ashley was very responsive and gave great instructions on how to get to the place. Recommendations to walk the reservoir were great. Absolutely beautiful and very secluded. Thank you so much for our time in Stean. We will be back!

Second visit - weather soggy and chilly but incredibly warm welcome from Ashley. Beautiful hut, incredibly well appointed, glorious views and once again, leaving here feeling 'mended' and able to breathe. This was my second time staying at this gorgeous little hut - was in the area, so extended my trip so I could stay here for one night. I love it so much - the amazing views, the starry skies, the peace and quiet. Loved lying in bed, or sitting outside with my coffee, watching the sheep (lambs gamboling about at the moment) and birds and rabbits in the surrounding fields. The hut is luxurious, cosy, comfortable and well equipped, it's a happy place for me (hence my return trip) 💕 Thanks Ashley and family 😊

We had a lovely night stay! Everything we could need and Ashley was very helpful, from checking in and helping us with the wood burner to recommending places to visit in the area. The place is beautiful and we will definitely be back!!
