10 / 10 !! Viktor's house is spacious, well-equipped, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the garden and outdoor eating area, watching the butterflies. The little beach is just across the small street and the water is clear and clean. A bit cold in early June! Plenty of shops and restaurants in the vicinity and the port is a 20 minute walk away. Communication was excellent and Viktor is a helpful and polite host. We very much enjoyed our stay, hope to return and would definitely recommend. Hvala!

The villa was everything we thought it would be based on the description and pictures. The place was in a great location and the island of Vis is breathtaking! The area around the villa has plenty of markets and restaurants to walk to. It’s an amazing location with a very good host!

Viktor was the most kind and helpful host. He responded immediately to any query we had. The property is exactly as it is described. The garden is a huge asset. A passage to the beach is located just metres from the house. I would recommend Viktors place to anybody looking for an enjoyable stay in Vis.

We were two couples travelling so Viktor’s place was perfect with a bedroom and bathroom on each floor. The place is exactly as per the photos and the yard with bbq was our favourite part. We really loved this house. It is located in a perfect spot right near the water and restaurants in the Kut part of Vis, which is arguably the nicest part. However, the car park is about a 4-5min. walk away is the waterfront is closed to cars. This didn’t bother us and we did many day trips on the island. Viktor is very responsive to any questions and gave us some good suggestions. We would happily stay here again. It was the perfect holiday house for us.

Logement d’une rare propreté, je loue moi-même un logement sur Airbnb, je connais le nombre d’heures de ménage pour obtenir un logement impeccable…C’est le cas ici. Neuf, fonctionnel, calme et très bien situé.
