Wonderful place, is just as described. We were lucky to have calm waters at Manini beach for easy snorkeling, even for my 6 year old. This is our third visit to the area and this was the best stay. Delicious fruit trees, amazing lanai and Jill and Curt were excellent hosts.

We had such a lovely time staying at Jill’s Mermaid House. Not only was she a kind, welcoming host who gave us local tips, the house was also perfect for our stay- clean and homey. The location is great too, just a short walk to the beach and a great way to get away from the more touristy parts of the Big Island. Highly recommend and thank you Jill for everything!

Jills Hawaiian house was perfect! Both the bedrooms had king beds, which were probably one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept on! The sheets and blankets were soft and comfortable. The house is comfortably furnished, with many options for seating and places to sit back, relax, and visit, inside and outside. It’s a short walk down to the best snorkeling beach ever! We saw so many colorful fish, as well as a sea turtle, and loved every second of it! I hope to come back soon! Thank you Jill for dropping by the fresh papaya and starfruit! So delicious!
