Very responsive host, ready to answer all questions and concerns by whatsapp. Location is great, just a short jaunt from the main tourism strip of Jatiluwih. The layout is well thought out with what seems to be a brand new bathroom and a pretty well equipped kitchen. Windows and doors create a nice exchange of air throughout the space. The kitchen was the only real place where there was issues for us. There was no clean pot to boil water for tea, there were two but were damaged/dirty from the previous guest or tenant? Further the fridge had a lot of stuff in it. Lastly the cabinets were all full of moth balls; the smell was intense when opening each cabinet, and if you wanted to use dishware it would need a heavy washing to remove the pungent smell. There was also a leak in the kitchen roof and it was evident when it rains. The land is huge with a large grass area many could camp on, there's even a little picnic table built around a tree which offered beautiful views. There's an extension building on the property as well that has a primitive stove and some seating - not sure the purpose. There is a convenience store just across the street that has most basic needs. There is no AC but we didn't find the need for it. There is no covered parking. The TV is quite old but that doesn't bother us, we got a kick out of it. The wifi was pretty good, enough to stream Netflix. Weather is pretty cool up here with heavy rainfall, bring your poncho, long sleeves, pants, etc. Thanks for a wonderful stay!
