Really nice place, exactly as described. The hosts were excellent and communicated brilliantly - would highly recommend. Crick was a lovely place with nice bars, coffee shop, walks and amenities like the co-op, perfect for a weekend away with friends.

Perfect spot for our Christmas gathering when away from home. Really well equipped and very comfortable, with plenty of hot water, extra bedding and towels. Our hosts Sue and George were very helpful and even decorated the house for Christmas very tastefully as we could not be at home this year. They kept in touch and answered all our questions before we arrived so we knew what to bring!!They were on hand to meet us and available any time to assist. Lovely outlook, plenty of parking off road. Flexible arrangement of rooms too Use of two kitchen was really handy especially with large family group at Christmas. Village is lovely with nice walks and close to travel routes. It would have been handy to have access to a washer dryer to wash a few things but other than that it was perfect. We all loved it, it was private, comfortable and a great spot not far from Daventry, Coventry and Stratford upon Avon. Thanks Sue and George for a lovely stay.

Spacious accommodation with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms; some modern, some yet to be updated. We stayed in the Winter and with it being an older property, it did get cold at times. The main bugbear was the house had a nest thermostat which was locked for guest usage - we therefore had to message the hosts if we felt too hot or too cold, which was a little frustrating. The host was accommodating, but it would be nicer for guests to be able to control the heating themselves, especially considering the price of the stay. Checkout was also quite early on the day of leaving, 10am, so flexibility to push this back an hour or two would have really enhanced our visit. The hosts were nice people, very communicative, and even helped us get back in when we accidentally left the key inside, but a few changes/ quick wins (unlock the heating, offering later checkouts) would really help make the Manor farm Airbnb a more special for the next guests.

We had a fantastic weekend away in Crick. The Barn was a great base for our weekend away and the living space was brilliant. Sue and George were great hosts and very communicative and responsive.
