Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Located just 10 mins from Ullswater and 2 miles from the quaint market town of Penrith. The accommodation comprises 3 bedrooms in the main house and an additional sleeping mezzanine in an annex (with separate living area). Our family home offers a home from home with large garden bursting with colour and cosy areas to relax after a day on the fells or by the lake. Please note- this is our family home offered to you while we are away. The house is a family home in a quiet residential area. We have two kids (5 and 2) so if you come with family you are welcome to use the toys/books on the shelves. We love our garden which has lots of space to relax (hammock and seating area with fire pit), places to eat, swings, sand pit etc. Please be aware- the childrens room bunk beds are childrens beds suitable for up to 10 years old. Therefore we would suggest a maximum of 6 adults. There is an additional single sofa bed located under the mezzanine sleeping area as well. We are in the process of renovating so while the kitchen and bathroom will be really clean they aren’t too fancy (yet!)
