Beautiful and clean modern home. Enormous shower and comfortable beds. Spacious kitchen area and large backyard for the dogs. Just watch the backyard corner as there is a small gap in the fence and make sure the front door is locked or it may pop open. Close to downtown and UNCW campus. Enjoyed our time and would recommend it. The host is very responsive and accommodating.

Great place to stay and a great host. Very close to downtown Wilmington and easy to get around the city from this location. 5 stars!

We had to find a place to stay last minute and luckily Ramiths place was available. The home was clean and welcoming, with a large deck and backyard that our dog loved. He was very responsive and helpful in solving the one issue we had. Would certainly stay here again in the future.

Our family enjoyed this updated house. Location was perfect for going downtown or to the beaches. Neighborhood was quiet. Would recommend this place!

Our stay was wonderful all around. Ramith was friendly and beyond accommodating for our family. Communication was top notch and the house was clean and comfortable! The location was perfect, close to downtown and Wrightsville beach.
