What an awesome Air B& B! We visited Austin for a few days and we could not have been happier with our choice! We were about 15 mins to downtown and Zilker area. We loved seeing the history about the home and that’s it’s stayed in the family and so well taken care of for so many years! That was awesome to see because you see the pride they took in fixing the house up and it’s just perfect for mini getaways! The house was clean, beds were so comfy. Had a little leak from the fridge and owners showed up quickly to repair. House & owners get 5 stars. Y’all are amazing and we will return! Thank you for sharing your family’s property with us! We will reach out again for our next trip!

This property has great potential but was lacking in several areas. Kitchen only had one kitchen towel and no paper towels. Inadequate supply of dishes and glasses. Bathrooms only had two towels and two bath cloths per guest for a five night stay. Master bathroom has double vanities but right sink was inoperable upon arrival and left sink refused to shut-off during stay and we had to unscrew cabinet doors ( not sure why they were screwed shut) to shut off water to left sink. There were also multiple partial rolls of toilet paper but no full rolls. Lots of hair in bathroom area ( previous guest or cleaning staff??) and bathroom drawers were not clean. House also only had three coat hangers in the entire house. House is in a great area and has lots of potential but there needs to be much more attention to detail.
This place is exactly what we wanted it to be. Plenty of space for our party of 6 and easy access to the freeway. Stephen’s communication was great and the entire experience was smooth. Do recommend.
