Glad to be back for the third time - wonderful place in any weather. The big, beautiful glass sun porch is fantastic, Elk River is close and visible from kitchen, dining room and big, comfy living room. Kate is great to deal with.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Kate’s house for our work trip. The private area and views from the dock of the water were lovely. We were very comfortable sharing the space. Would absolutely stay here again in the future

The home is located in a quiet waterfront neighborhood. There is ample room between the homes adding to privacy and a relaxing feel. The dock is substantial and provided a great place to hang out and relax with a good book for me and fishing for my husband. It was fun watching the barges travel along the river and a couple of eagles flew around every day. It was just the 2 of us, but there is plenty of room for a family. We didn't have any issues, we had one question during our stay that was answered promptly by Kate. I highly recommend this place!!
