My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary weekend, and although the home was true to the photos on the listing, there were a few things that did not meet up to expectations. Upon walking in the home, it smelled very musty so we attempted to open some windows and one of the windows in the main bedroom basically fell out of the wall when my husband tried to open it. The toilets in both bathrooms did not seem stable/secured correctly, one having a broken toilet seat. As well, the sink in the main bedroom is barely attached to the wall behind and wobbles. The bathtub was as pictured, but we were surprised to find that there was no bathroom door, so the streetlights illuminated the room a bit too much for our liking. The bed was comfortable enough, but only had a sheet on top, no comforter, and we could not find any blankets in the home. With this in mind, I still think it is a good place to consider if you want something quaint, modern, and very close to downtown.

Dave was an amazing host, he was very responsive and helpful no matter what. The place was beautiful, and had the prettiest bathroom to take pictures in. And we had ended up losing one of our keys, though Dave was very understanding about it, helping us right away. Would definitely stay at any of their places again.

This was my first airbnb experience. And it was great! I will never stay in hotels again. Dave's place felt so cozy and home-like. I loved walking the area and looking at all the unique homes and decorations. The people I met were so friendly in this area. The coffee shop right up the street was warm and inviting. Thanks Dave for providing such a wonderful place to stay!

Space was great and we enjoyed our stay. Nice kitchen.

Dave was an amazing host we enjoyed our stay but if you have younger kids or babies I would not recommend booking this air bnb due to the neighbors dogs being so loud late hours or the night through the wee hours of the morning.
