The house is conveniently located near the Garner state park. It has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. There are two extra beds in an open area. This is a plus if you have more people to stay, but no privacy.

Great place to stay! Very communicative host. Listed marks 4 beds and a pull out couch. One of the beds is a twin (which we thought was going to be bigger), but it can sleep 9 which is great. Beds and pillows are so comfortable. Has a sheltered and a/c glass sunroom with chairs. Great place to watch the sunrise and drink coffee. Very peaceful area. Sitting by the fire was amazing.

Good for family or friends needing a place central to rio frio. Food options aren’t terrible close (10 min drive), but not the end of the world as you have plenty of cooking hardware available if you prefer. River was too low to access from the property location when we went during the drought. But we were there for a hunt anyway. Area was quiet. AC kept us cool - only note would be the smart stat turns the AC off during the day it seems so we’d come back and the place would be 78, it cooled relatively quickly (2 hours), but something to know. Will use again next season we come out to hunt.

Great place! Close to the Frio, but this is not obvious if the river is low. There was a king bed, two queen/double beds, and a twin. We were expecting four beds that could sleep two people and we had to adjust where people slept.
