This place is right on the beach which makes a beautiful view, it was very clean and Bethany was very kind and helpful. The building as a whole gives off an older vibe, and the pool area is small but luckily it wasn’t too crowded. Mattress was good, sheets were very stiff and uncomfortable. Kitchen appeared stocked with everything you need to cook. This condo advertises that construction is currently going on Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM and the host also made sure I was aware of this when booking. I arrived around 4pm on Friday and construction went on until at least 7pm and started back Saturday morning around 7am and went on until about noon, it was on our floor and right outside the unit so that was very unfortunate. I did let the host know and she reached out to her maintenance team. It’s a nice condo but a typical FL condo at that.

Our family absolutely LOVED this location! We will 1000% be back year after year for now on! It's got covered parking, 2 elevators and gate codes for the pool/beach making it super private and not overcrowded! Our condo was spacious and very well cleaned and kept up!

They tried to charge us for a TV that was scratched at already. Luckily we took pictures immediately at check in and they was time stamped. The pictures show the scratch was already there. They also said construction was from 8-5. That was wrong, it was 6:30am to 7pm. The construction caused dust all over the condo. We cleaned it daily to make sure they would not get charged a cleaning fee. Dust was so bad we had to throw out fresh fruit. We recorded video of all of this just to show how horrible our stay was. Walls were scratched. In the main bathroom when you run hot water you can hear a water leak dripping. This causes mold. Definitely would not recommend, especially since trying to charge me for preexisting damage.
