L'appartement est très bien placé proche du port de Rivoltella. Bon rapport qualité-prix, avec quelques améliorations possibles pour améliorer la prestation : - dans la cuisine: plus d'ustensiles de cuisine: dessous de plat, linge de cuisine, maniques, plus de tasses, couverts, couvercles - dans les chambres: manque une couverture supplémentaire et de rideaux occultants - dans la salle de bain: pourrait y avoir un chauffage d'appoint pour la fin de saison (fin octobre). L'appartement donne sur la rue qui s'anime tôt le matin. Bons commerces à proximité et marcher le dimanche matin. Hôte à l'écoute, disponible et arrangeant.

El pis, està en una zona que té tots els serveis, botigues, restaurants ...però alhora és una zona tranquil·la i a 5 minuts caminats del llac. els espais són amplis i l'aire condicionat a cada habitació va molt bé. L'equipament de la cuina és una mica just. El tracte és amable i les indicacions detallades i molt útils.

The location is amazing, close to a few restaurants, ice cream store, grocery stores. We loved the few min walk down to the lake very relaxing. We had a few issues at first like them leaving a wet mop in the kitchen and we have 3 kids which is very dangerous and we weren’t sure if the oven door will fall off since it’s broken. The owner is very sweet and asked to help right away or gave us lots of tips around the place. Every guest didn’t get a welcome kit which is okay but my kids were a little sad since they thought that was pretty cool. The tax that we suppose to pay is at 2€ per person which was listed 1,50€ per person on the page but they were okay with us paying that. Bakery right downstairs & café perfect for the AM Sometimes I woke up around 12-1 am from the loud noise since the street can get very busy. The appt does look a little different from the pictures but it was okay. Very nice owner and very helpful. We still would go back since we enjoyed our time.

Lovely location and great price. Very responsive host with clear instructions about check in, parking and check out. The apartment lacked amenities and would benefit from some more kitchen utensils.

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt und eine tolle Unterkunft. Bei Fragen oder Hilfe wurde uns sofort geholfen.
