Located in front of souvenir shops, fruit stands & main roads, and 5 minutes to wet market (talipapa). The property is located on top of hill, please expect few steps elevated walkways going up. Located in the center area and near to everything. This is an exclusive floor. 1 Unit with 2 bedrooms, with kitchen & verandah

very nice place to stay during our boracay trip. very accessible
It's in a nice location that is less than 5minutes from the white beach. The sheets were dirty when we entered but they changed upon request. It can fit easily 6 people

Avana Hills Family Suites is situated on the ground floor of the Castle like structure building atop of a hill overlooking the horizon of the main beach. The whole compound is comprised of lush tropical garden together with other structures containing cafes and lobby. The main gate fronting the main road and E-mall souvenir shops. 711 Convenient Store is just outside the main gate. 3-4 minutes walk to the beach. 5 Minutes walk to wet market ( talipapa ). There are bars along the main road outside the compound. Fruit Stands are just outside the compound.
