The cabin is the best of many worlds: country stay close to the very quaint town of Jacksonville, many wineries, and the beauties of Oregon nature. My sister and I stayed here to celebrate her birthday. My phone crashed and died during the stay but I was able to finagle connections with the host just fine. Jennifer was flexible with our check in as we were really enjoying strolling around Jacksonville on our way to the cabin and our estimated arrival time was creeping into the evening. Don't sleep on this cabin. It promises deer encounters during coffee filled mornings and many things nearby. I can't imagine a stay in any season would disappoint. I hope to come back in the late summer! *Random note: The liquor store in Jacksonville has some great selections harder to find in other locations. We grabbed an Eagle Rare bottle, which are hard to come by for us whiskey chics!

The Hideaway is a cozy, family-friendly cabin offering a perfect mix of comfort and nature. The modern amenities, including a well-equipped kitchen and comfortable bedrooms, made our stay relaxing. The outdoor space was a real highlight. Our kids loved the wildlife, especially the deer, and the creek access added a peaceful backdrop to our stay. It's a place we'd happily return to for more cherished memories. Highly recommended for a peaceful family break!
