This was an amazing stay, and I enjoyed the shops around the condo and the beach was super close! Everything you need is supplied except wash cloths but that was it. It was also clean and quick responsiveness if you needed anything! Silvia has a great place!

We love the place, we wanted to spent some time near beach and visit nearby areas. This place was perfect, the beach access is plus. Place was clean and cute. The only thing I didn’t pay attention was the numbers of room. I thought it was two bedrooms, as pics were taken with different orientation of beds. Overall we had good experience, definitely will be back.

Location is not family friendly, entire place reeks of weed from the parking lot, up to the unit 24/7. Neighbors are also very loud 24/7. We were woken up about 6am daily if not earlier and kept up every night. This home is not remotely waterfront as described, beach access is a stretch from being “walking distance”. We waited half an hour after traveling all day in the hot sun with all our luggage because the code did not work and the host did not pick up or respond for a while. The washer/dryer in unit is one tiny machine that’s “supposed” to do both, fits 3-5 articles of clothing and only washes. Drying does not work. No first aid kit. Door has an inch gap all the way around, giving no peace of mind concerning bugs, reptiles and neighbors. It was not my understanding in the description that the bed would be two twins pushed together. Came apart at night, very hard pillows and mattress. We got held up and had to rent hotel our last night 150$ a night. 10x more comfy, roomy and clean.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Silvia. Communication parfaite, appartement très propre, fonctionnel (rien ne manque, en particulier pour cuisiner ce qui est très appréciable), très bien placé (3min du supermarché, 7min à pieds de la plage et accès gratuit à toute la ville de Key Biscayne avec Freebee. Vraiment, je recommande ! Merci pour tout Silvia.
