We stayed here for 4 nights and loved it. The space is small, but it’s clean and in a great location. It’s about a 10 minute walk from San Marco square. Around the corner is a lively street where you can find restaurants, gelato, coffee/bakery, pharmacy, and small grocery store. It’s also close by the water taxi stations. One note: it’s up a flight of stairs. Definitely recommend.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la chambre proposée par Alessandro. Le plus est vraiment l'emplacement proche d'une grande rue où l'on trouve de tout à Venise. Alessandro nous a proposé une liste de ces endroits préférés à Venise. Nous recommandons vivement !

I loved my stay in this room! It's pretty with ceiling beams and two large windows, and is wonderfully clean. The bed was quite comfortable and it's very quiet even though it's close to a wide and lovely avenue that has everything one would need - markets, restaurants, etc. As others have noted, it is a perfect location for visiting the biennale and it's also convenient to the piazza San Marco area, either by foot or via the vaporetto. Alessandro is truly kind as well as helpful with recommendations, directions and luggage. He responded rapidly to messages sent through the Airbnb site and was very gracious when answering questions in person. I would definitely stay here again.
