The hotel staff were very helpful. We booked this place on the spot and glad we did. The surrounding area is residential, so if looking for something quiet not congested this place is it. The rooms very clean. The front desk service was extremely helpful. She texted us a list of good restaurants. Which was impressive. The only thing I would say is to get to the third floor you will have to walk up two flights of stairs, they have an elevator but it only goes to the second floor. Over all it was a great choice for us in Venice. People might say that it’s a little walk to the Piazza’s and the touristy places but Venice has a public boat system and water taxi($$), gondolas. We decided to walk by using nav apps. Beautiful place will be in 😮 the whole time!!!!!! Thank you the services you provided us. 👍🏽👍🏽

The Sonder Palace was a wonderful place to stay. The hotel was well maintained, room was spotless and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We highly recommend!

Lovely stay at Sonder Venice. Stayed in the queen room, bed was big and very comfortable. Lovely big shower. Some freebies on arrival! We had a tv with Netflix in the room and a fridge with some snacks we could buy if we wanted to. Plenty of wardrobe space and nice furniture. This part of Venice is the second from last stop on the airport- Venice public boat transport so would recommend toilet and food stop before boarding! They didn’t have a bartender at the bar and we were offered drinks but felt they were quite expensive on check out. Although due to miscoms we were offered a free coffee so this was resolved. Looks like they are adding more facilities here - ?gym in progress will be a lovely place when it’s all finished.
