This house is beautiful! There is not a bathroom upstairs so you have to go downstairs every time you need to use it. Other than that, this host had everything you could need for a stay at this house. We will definitely be using this house in the future!!

This was the best Airbnb experience that we’ve had, among many positive experiences. We had a party of 9 and were super comfortable in this home. Sparkling clean, plenty of room, full kitchen, comfortable beds, plenty of hot water for entire group, comfy beds, and comfortable temperatures. Located in quiet area, felt remote but close to town for activities, dinner out, or food runs. 25 minutes from UT, would be perfect for football weekends. The best was very responsive hosts that truly went above and beyond. A++++

Over all the house was nice. Derek was easy to reach and always responded. The location was not as I expected. Derek indicated that there were hiking trails on the property, which is true, however they were completely inaccessible and overgrown. The trails was the main reason I chose this property. Having a pet with me, the traffic on this road was way over 30 mph. I’d worry for young children. It was impossible to walk anywhere nearby with the dog. The lawn was uncut when we arrived and appeared to have been for a few weeks. Derek did come to cut it and to trim back the trails behind the house and was on the property 3 days during my stay which felt a bit uncomfortable. The renovations were nice. The bedding was old and the comforter on the master bed was ripped. The toaster oven was either dirty or very old. Little touches would’ve made the house so much nicer. The back yard was great and very private. The surrounding area is beautiful. I did feel slightly misled but enjoyed it

Great house loved the backyard the most very different than what we’re used to would 100% come back! The host are very fast at getting back and easy to communicate with!
