Amazing getaway! Kate was amazing, and the house is beautiful. Everything we needed for our beach days and pool days was provided for us to use. It was the perfect place for our family of 8, including my handicapped dad, who uses a walker and wheelchair. We highly recommend!

Absolutely loved Kate's place. It is clean and comfortable, and she communicates so well. We had from a 2yr old to an 81 yr old for the family gathering and everyone was comfortable.

Kate was a gracious, accommodating, excellent communicator and kind hostess. the house was true to the description/pics (and more!), our families felt right at home with all the personal touches and everything you need for a vacation away from home both indoors and outdoors. we spent the majority of the week in the pool and large patio with plenty of seating ideal for relaxing lounging/sunbathing along the bay (the kids loved waving to a few friendly boaters/jet skiers in the quiet neighborhood) and BBQing. went to the seaside heights boardwalk for pizza/games/rides a few nights (20ish min away). cute string lights lit at night made sitting outside a joy as well. tvs in almost all the rooms, the long dining room table and bedroom balcony seating for morning coffee were highlights as well. my family is already asking if we can come back again next summer :) grateful for the fun memories!

This home was everything we hoped for a relaxing vacation. We loved the house(has everything!) and the back yard was heaven with the scenery, heated pool and water views. Kate's home had everything we needed and more. We will be coming back!
