Had a fantastic stay at this spacious cabin on the Sydenham river. It was quiet and secluded with everything you need. A little river otter swam up to me on the dock. The fall colors across the river were amazing and so were the stars. If you are in to paddling this spot is right on Route 2 of the Wallaceberg Water Trails system. I would stay here again

The is a one of a kind experience. One that I will be doing again. The host has made everything possible to reside off grid. The pictures do not due this little haven justice. The serenity was exactly what was needed to clear my head from the city life. Everything is available to make your stay as comfortable as possible. I enjoyed the beautiful sunrises and sand on my feet the most, while being able to still enjoy a relaxing kayak ride down the river to ending it off with cooking dinner on the open fire. An amazing experience.
