Your family and traveling partners will be close to the beach, boat ramps, parks and local attractions when reserving a stay in our ‘Beach Baby’ house. The house is located in a residential neighborhood on "The Point' in Colonial Beach. "The Point' is sandwiched between two bodies of water. The Potomac to the east (beautiful sunrises) and Monroe Bay to the west (spectacular sunsets). Large fenced back yard. The on-site parking can accommodate up to 4 vehicles. Handicapped accessible. 5 bedroom home with large fully equipped kitchen. The house also has a large, fenced in back yard. Corn hole and other family games are provided. There is a smart TV in every bedroom with free Netflix and Prime. The home also features high speed WI-FI that can easily accommodate 10+ devices. A handicapped ramp leads up to the house that can accommodate a wheelchair. The front door is extra wide as well as all doorways on the bottom floor. A charcoal grill, with charcoal provided, is located on the back deck overlooking the yard. You can also enjoy roasting marshmallows or hotdogs in the backyard fire pit. Reverse osmosis filtered water is supplied for drinking with a dedicated tap next to the kitchen faucet.

This house was perfect for our family to stay for my sister’s wedding. The beds were so comfy, honestly the most comfortable beds we have ever had at an air b &b. It was in a great location and had everything we needed. Thank you!

Great house in a nice, quiet neighborhood near some cool restaurants as well as the beach. We especially appreciated the snacks and Keurig!
We can’t say enough about Denise’s place. It was clean, convenient, comfortable, well-stocked, had excellent amenities, and was perfect for our large family. We gathered from international locations for a family wedding to be under one roof for the first time in years. This house was ideal. With five bedrooms and an enormous dining table, it felt like home! Denise was extraordinarily responsive and we felt she really cared that our time together would exceed expectations. Our party included two small children and she had gone so far as to have a new game and two activity books for young kids in the closet-brand new! The sauces, oils, spices, etc, made cooking easier and the wood for the fire pit provided an evening of joy. One concern I had going in was that the house was pet friendly and we had several with severe pet allergies, so I brought my pet eraser vacuum. It wasn’t needed as the home was so clean. Everything was perfect and we couldn’t have been more pleased.

Home is located in a quiet, friendly residential neighborhood. This is a golf cart community where everybody waves!!
For the families with small children there is a very nice, completely fenced, playground approximately 3 blocks from the house. Easy walk.
This is a golf cart community and many guests rent a cart. You can easily take your cart to the beach, grocery store and local restaurants. There are several good of cart rental providers located nearby. If you are visiting during the summer months, we recommend reserving your golf cart ahead of time.
