The house is in the historic centre of the village, 2 minutes walk from the pubs, shops, beach, quay and foot ferry to Fowey. The large open-plan kitchen, dining and living room on the ground floor is a great place for everybody to relax in. You can open the bi-folding window to bring the outside in, or spill out onto the terrace. Going up the back stairs you can enjoy the bright living room and a balcony on the middle floor. This floor also has the double bedroom and a modern bathroom, with a walk-in rain shower and a separate bath. Following the front door stairs you get to the top floor where there is the “captain’s nest” for peace and quiet on your own, gazing over the water to Fowey. Also, at the front of the house with all the views are the twin room and the king size bedroom (the king can be set up as a twin room). At the back of the house is the shower room and the cinema room. The sofa bed in the cinema room can be used by extra guests with prior agreement.
