Beautiful home and wonderful hosts! Only complaint was lack of privacy in the backyard. Around 3pm neighbors behind the airbnb called in neighborhood watch about a noice complaint coming from our music by the pool (playing at a medium volume). Neighborhood watch knocked on our door, very understanding and agreed the volume was not loud. However, from there we turned down the volume, but the neighbor whom had complained continued to stand by his back porch door watching us for half an hour. This unfortunately interfered with our time by the pool:( Do wish there was a better fenced in back yard because of this issue. But other than that, the stay was wonderful and hosts were responsive and great!:)

Nice free of clutter place. Short youtube video for the jacuzzi was very helpful.

We stayed here for a little weekend getaway for my birthday and it absolutely exceeded all of my expectations! David was a great host and answered all our questions quickly! The house was beautiful and the backyard was so nice and relaxing! We will definitely be booking another one of David’s properties again!

Nous avons passé un fantastique séjour dans la maison de David et Patti. La maison est très confortable, bien décorée et chaleureuse. Un véritable havre de paix. Merci à nos hôtes pour leurs conseils, leur réactivité et leur sympathie ! Si nous sommes amenés à revenir à saint Augustine nous reviendrons sans hésitation dans cette maison. Encore merci.
