Eine moderne und sehr geräumige Wohnung eingebettet in das schöne Resort von viel Natur umgeben. Gute Lage zum Strand. Die Kommunikation war unkompliziert und es passte alles wie beschrieben.

Such beautiful and serene complex. Reminiscent of Disneys Aulani in Hawaii. The condo was spotless, beautiful kitchen, large living room and peaceful deck area. Paul promptly responded to inquiries personally. I look forward to visiting again! 12 stars (out of 10) OUTSTANDING!

We enjoyed our stay at the cottage thoroughly! Family of 4 & it was perfect to stay with kids. We loved how everything was walkable (restaurants at harbor, shops, ice cream, etc.). Paul’s place was very clean and had all described amenities. They had beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards available for use, which was so thoughtful! The cottage was exactly as described and although the pictures were beautiful, it felt even more like home when we arrived! We love north coast village and this is our second time staying on the property. It is so safe, well lit, quiet, and very well maintained. During our stay, we were without water for a 3 hour windows on 2 days, but the complex notified us a day in advance and we were able to work around it without problem! Highly recommend this lovely cottage! Paul was a great host—very communicative with prompt response times and very thorough in his correspondence regarding check-in, check-out, and things to do locally! 5 stars!!

Paul’s home was very lovely. Everything was nice and tidy when we arrived. Check-in and check-out went smoothly. Everything is walkable from the condo. There was a lot of great activities to do at the condo complex as well! Overall, I would recommend this spot to any family and friends!

One of the top notch Airbnb experiences I’ve had so far! First of all the place was immaculate, and so well appointed with all the amenities that you may need. Paul was super gracious, and let us check in early on the day we arrived ~ and when I needed technical help with how to open the sofa bed he was right there in a minute, I mean literally came by within one minute to show me how it works. The condo was in a perfect spot. I was able to park my car easily within just a few steps to the unit and it’s very conveniently located on the side of the property that’s closest to the really big pool and beautiful Koi ponds and easy access to the main office to pick up the keys. The back yard is a beautiful place to hang out for morning coffee & enjoy a nice outdoor meal. I highly recommend staying here and having Paul as your Airbnb host, he’s one of the best. Thank you so much for lending us your beautiful property, it made our family weekend stay so much more enjoyable.
