What an amazing place in Venezia! Great place that includes two bathrooms which is amazing with little ones. The room was comfortable but the single beds were a little soft for me. Alberto greeted us from the start and explained everything about the apartment and its surroundings. He had an incredible map and everything was easy and clear. Located on the first floor, it was quiet yet easy to walk and in a distance from San Marco’s Place! Quick access to the vaporettos and kids parc (Giardini Biennale). Such a beauty for a more relaxed area. Just a perfect time in Venise!

lovely, clean, comfortable and stylish apartment. The hosts were great, meeting us when we arrived and giving us good instructions and lots of information about the local area. The location is excellent and easy to get to. Brilliant place to stay, right in the heart of Venice.

It was one of our most comfortable stays. From the moment we landed in Venice the communication with Francesca and Alberto was excellent. Alberto came to pick us up at the water bus station and walked back with us to the apartment which made such a big difference as for first time visitors the lanes can get a bit confusing. Alberto and Francesca have created a map of Venice and local area specially designed for guests, outlining places to see and good local restaurants to eat in! This map came so handy! The apartment itself is excellently maintained and cdnt have been in a better location! Every tour/ trip we had booked started within a 10 min walk from the apartment. The air con was a life saver and the walk-in closet a blessing. We feel lucky to have found this place and can’t recommend it highly enough. Goes without saying that if we are ever back in Venice, we will be staying here. Thank you so much Francesca and Alberto for making our stay so comfortable and memorable!
