The big house itself is stunning, as is the pool and deck. The large windows that open all the way up are a very beautiful touch. There are two other casitas on the property as well, not as fancy but overall property is great. Erinn is very helpful and very responsive, when you can actually reach her. Unfortunately we had WiFi issues the whole time and there is no cell service and no local phone … so we had a really hard time reaching her and making plans to do things we’d intended on doing. Erinn did her very best to try to accommodate the issue but it put a huge dent in our stay, because there was no house phone as listed, and no WiFi as listed either. This place is truly beautiful, though, so if you intend to simply stay at the house or only walk to local playa Chiquita beach and awesome restaurants/shops nearby walking distance it’s a great location! The beach waves were very big and the sea was big and rough at this time, so we did not go in beyond our shins.

Wonderful property. Beautiful home and grounds. The home was beautiful with so much room for our large family to spread out. There was 2 darling detached cabinas on the opposite side of the pool. The pool was beautiful with a patio that hosted us for BBQing in the evenings. Erin was a wonderful host and welcomed us with beverages and snacks. We can’t recommend this home enough. By far the best home we’ve stayed at in Costa Rica and perhaps anywhere. Our family was quite large traveling and we had to rent 2 homes in Punta Uva. We made the mistake of not renting her other home as our overflow place. Our other rental paled in comparison. Make sure to ask her about her other rental if you have a large party. We will definitely return.

Everything about this property was wonderful. From Erinn's help when we needed a driver and info about local places and restaurants that we loved, to the birds and monkeys that visited every day. This place is a tucked into the jungle gem. Worth every penny.!
