My recent stay at Sonder South Fl was short great. The location was superb, situated the River Walk, providing easy access to all the attractions and amenities the area has to offer. The space itself was spacious, exceeding my expectations, and the amenities provided added an extra level of comfort to my stay. However, I must address the communication issues I encountered with the host. Despite multiple attempts to reach out for check-in instructions, I received no response. This lack of communication was frustrating, as it left me feeling uncertain about my upcoming stay. Eventually, I had to escalate the issue to the Airbnb support team for assistance in getting in touch with the property. Furthermore, I found it unnecessary that the host requested additional documents in order to send check-in instructions. As someone who had already gone through Airbnb's verification process, I expected a smoother check-in experience.

Check in was super easy, parking wasn’t an issue with multiple lots being within walking distance. Lost of security features to prevent people from coming in that aren’t supposed to. Pool/spa and views were immaculate. The room itself felt like an apartment and it was amazing being able to do laundry and cook. Bed was super comfortable and the view from our balcony was great. Even with the train in the background we barely noticed it and they also provide a white noise maker to use and ear plugs! Overall 10/10
