Looking out over the calming waters of the inner lagoon, this luxury apartment offers comfortable and generous living spaces for up to four people in two beautiful bedrooms. Every room comes beautifully presented with elegant furnishings and high-end floor coverings. While attractive and pristine, this apartment feels like a home from home and comes equipped with everything you’ll need for your self-catering holiday. It is found within a secure, gated development within the marina and includes a private parking space close to the property. There is lift access to the upper floors, where once inside your holiday home, it is immediately clear it is a beautiful space with a fine-quality finish throughout and sumptuous furnishings. The living room is wonderfully spacious with clearly defined areas for formal dining and relaxation on comfortable sofas and armchairs. Holding a corner plot there are two windows with doors leading out to the wrought iron, curved balcony. This faces east to catch the morning sunshine, and has ample room with a outdoor dining table and chairs so you can enjoy your morning coffee while watching the world go by. The apartment also benefits with a SMART TV and Wifi so you can stream movies. Conveniently nearby, the traditional kitchen has plenty of storage plus a fridge freezer, washing machine oven and a hob - although it will be tempting to eat out most nights with so many restaurants and cafes nearby.

This was one of many holidays we've had at Brighton Marina since 1999. The Marina village is never going to be a cheap option for accommodation so we are prepared to pay the high(ish) prices for the privilege of staying there. This apartment was one of best we have stayed at, being very well equipped and we have often chosen a Wellington Court address because of the views. We loved the lounge and bedrooms, and the 2 bathrooms had been remodelled to a very high standard. One small disappointment was the kitchen, which we felt was in need of an update to bring it in line with the rest of the apartment. Would we book this one again? Yes!
The flat is much nicer than the photos, it was very clean, easily accessible, had everything we needed and just overall really lovely. I would love to go back soon it is such a modern twist with an older like vibe of home which made it so cosy. We loved it!
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce logement. L'appartement est propre et correspond au descriptif et aux photos (seule la cuisine aurait besoin d'un rafraîchissement de la déco). L'endroit est calme. L'arrivée est simplifiée par les instructions données par Suzanne. Le parking privé et compris dans la location est très appréciable. Je recommande sans réserve.
excellent Accommodation. well equipped kitchen . very neat and it met allopurinol expectations. There was a small issue related to cooking gas supply which affeced our cooking and water heating for half a day ,but Ms Liz in the office fixed it in record time . our

Brighton Marina has something for everyone. It sits equidistant from the City of Brighton & Hove, the South Downs National Park and the quaint smugglers villages of Rottingdean and Ovingdean, but has plenty to offer right here too.
Taking a stroll along the boardwalk, you can look out over the boats as they come in and out of the Marina while dining at one of the many family-friendly restaurants. Take the family bowling or to the cinema, or bungee jumping if you’re brave enough. Enjoy a night out at the renowned Rendezvous Casino after a meal and cocktails on the balcony of Malmaison. For fishing and boating enthusiasts there are several boat trips every day, plus yachting, sailing and water sport lessons available (weather and season permitting). Get pampered and any one of the spas, hairdressers and beauty salons, and for shopping there are several boutiques within the inner harbour.

Whether you are on foot, in a car or hiring a Brighton Bike from the Marina, you can access the City of Brighton & Hove in minutes as its iconic Palace Pier and Royal Pavilion are just 1-mile along the coast to the west. Heading east along the undercliff path you’ll come first to Ovingdean Cafe and Beach where freshly baked cakes can be enjoyed on the sand as the children play in the rock pools. Fish & chips can be found further along in Rottingdean where village pubs and antique emporiums are just a minute inland on the High Street.
