Rachel welcomed me in a warm and open way from the very first moment. She is amazingly friendly and tries to support you in every way (public transport, tips for sightseeing, pubs... ). Rachel is communicative and lovely to socialize with. She even cooked for me once (yummie!), we spent a nice evening out in one of the region´s oldest pubs and also showed me around Tynemouth. However, Rachel is very discreet and would always respect if I didn´t feel like talking or just needed to work / relax in her cosy guest room. The room is small, but very well equiped, even with toiletries such as lavender hand balm! I especially loved the big bed and duvet :-) The complete house is lovely decorated - flowers, candels, nice pictures and accessories ... You can tell that Rachel really cares for details to create a modern, though very cozy atmosphere. To sum up, it felt like being with a friend! I had a brilliant time and hope to return to Rachel and cute little Pablo one day!

Rachel made me feel comfortable and right at home straight away. Explained the ins and outs of where everything is, including nearby shops. She is very communicative, will let you know her plans and whether she will be in or not. I was on ambulance placement, she was considerate of my shift pattern. Friendly, easy to get on with and happy to answer any questions and give recommendations of nice places to eat, places to see and visit etc. The room is clean, smells nice. Bed is comfortable with high quality quilt, pillows and fresh bedding. Few hangars, shelves and drawers for your things and Tv with Netflix etc. Even a cute lil welcome pack with some bits and bobs. The house is clean, tastefully decorated and was just like home from home with relaxed vibes. Pablo, the dog, is lovely and friendly (I missed mine a lot) so it was nice to still be greeted when finishing my shift. I would recommend anyone looking for somewhere nearby to stay for work/training etc to stay here. 10/10

Rachel is an adorable and welcoming woman. His home is clean and comfortable. When I arrived in the evening she offered to eat with her and we talked, we established good bonds and I like talking with her because she is a mother and a woman who is understanding about the things in life. Her dog Pablo is very cute and endearing. In addition, the home is very calm and quiet! For me it's the best Airbnb in England, I really recommend it!
