very good option to explore the canyon!

as described-this was a great spot for us. we wanted to visit the needles district without spending too much time driving in and out, rather miles on the feet. Jeremy & Staci's home in Monticello provided all we could have wanted, and more. the location, the privacy, the price were all great. the bonuses were the kitchen, the washer and dryer, and the on-site parking. the extra bonus was the friendly neighbors walking the dogs in the morning wishing us a great trip as we continued on our way. there was the ability for constant communication throughout the stay and although we didn't need that, when we left at the end of the stay we were greeted with a response almost immediately. I would recommend this home for anyone looking to do as we did, needles district or even anywhere in Canyonlands, Moab or Arches. the peace you will have and cost savings will beat out the hustle and bustle of Moab any day of the week. we both agreed we would stay here again, no questions asked. thank you J&S

Rented for four weeks and got exactly what we wanted to access mainly the Needles for rock climbing but also centrally located to other fantastic destinations for day trips. My wife could work occasionally for the bedroom office. Clutter was minimal, kitchen functional. Host was very responsive and helpful when we lost our key. Will come back.
