We stayed 3 nights over Easter weekend. The loft style apartment was cosy and well appointed. It also had indoor carpark which was handy over the busy period. The apartment was walking distance to great restaurants and beaches. Would stay again :)

This Airbnb was extremely nice and felt like home. Comfortable, peaceful and private, you have access to plenty of balcony space and access to plenty of facilities such as the pools. It is close to the beach and the Mount, and only down the road from the main shops. Communication with Chloe and her team is active and fast making it a stress free with all question answered. Love it, and would definitely would stay again😊

Welcome to Five Star Focused….. We are a boutique holiday property management company based in marvellous Mount Maunganui, in the Bay of Plenty. We are passionate about providing guests with a five star experience. For the past three years we have hosted guests from around the world in our awesome Mount and Papamoa properties. When you book a property with us you will receive detailed self check-in and check-out information. You will know that your property has been expertly cleaned and thoroughly checked before you arrive. You’ll have some basic essentials in the cupboard, the linen will be crisp and the towels will be fluffy. We live locally and will be on hand if you need us during your stay.
