This was a very nice place to stay while visiting the area. It was clean, spacious and meet our needs perfectly. Rob's instructions were very clear and he was very responsive when I had a question.

One of the best homes Ive temporarily stood at. The name is fitting, definitely cozy and quaint! Rob gives clear instructions so you won’t be left with any questions pertaining to your stay. I loved the area, very safe which was my concern since I was staying with my 9 year old daughter along with her grandma and my fiancée. So many local shops less than 8 minutes away from the property. Very convenient safe location in NYC. We loved our stay and would return again in the future!
