The only reason I rented this place was the hot tub, and a full kitchen. I was not told the hot tub was broken until the day after I checked in. He said it was used a month ago, it looks as if it has been broken and disgusting for practically a year at least. The kitchen was hardly stocked but for dishes and pots/pans. We had to buy a whisk, tongs, and a baking pan just to use while we were there. The utensils, knives and dishes are the cheapest I've ever laid my hands on. There is nothing for appliances. No toaster, hair dryer, or television. The walls have been damaged, not totally finished the repairs and then just painted over. The bathroom ceiling isn't painted at all, door no reason but just to be cheap from what I see. The bedsheet was tied on the bed. Dead cockroaches were noticeable in the hallway after being told the house was gone through and cleaned. Totally discussing, uncomfortable, unaccommodating, and practically useless other than sleeping and showering.
