Lovely little place to stay for a few nights! Great location, walkable to Kendal town centre and drivable to Windermere and surrounding Lake district areas! Matt was helpful and communicative leading up to our arrival which really helped us feel welcomed and comfortable during our trip. Thank you so much!!

The property meet all our needs for what we wanted for the weekend and is a great spot as entry for the lakes -we where visiting a number of National trust properties so was a good location to drive from each day -Matthews communication was second to none - we would use again if in that area -Many Thanks

Great accommodation, clean and comfortable. A short walk from the town centre and local bars and restaurants. Kendal is a great base for discovering the lakes and dales. Mathew's property met my requirements exactly.

This is a great location within Kendal with everything you need within a few minutes walk or drive. The annex is as described and is very cosy and spacious. The place was very clean and had everything we needed to rest after hiking and exploring the surrounding areas. Would highly recommend!
