This apartment was as described. However the apartment had a dirty kitchen and overall needs painting an an upgrade. The walk to the beach was about 15 mins and very hot so the air conditioning and pool were very useful. The local beach is beautiful and just as nice as surrounding beaches. Plenty of local eating options and a small supermarket 10 mins walk away. Our taxi driver from the airport found this property hard to find, especially as it was at night.

I will definitely stay here again. Its better than the pictures, very clean and quiet and super comfortable stay. Kaulina is very helpful too

Comfortable apartment that is a 10 minute walk to Patnem beach. The kitchen is fully equipped. There are 2 balconies one looking out onto a small children's park and pool. The other looks out onto the N66. Security guards on site 24 hours. Some noise from Road and train track can be heard. Overall good clean apartment with clear prompt communication at all times.

I was a great place to stay ,Nice and quiet , Great pool , The apartment had everything we needed , If it had a sofa bed it would be the cherry on the cake , Kaulina is a great friendly host
